  1. How does Student Nerds work?
    If you need techincal help (computer/printer/gadget) search by your zip code on the main page. The search will return the closest Student Nerd which is a student on one of the many campus's or high schools nearby. Once you find the student with the experitise you are looking for you can contact them via E-mail, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  2. How do I pay for the services?
    You will pay the student who helps you directly. That may be via cash, check or Paypal.
  3. Who is responsible if my computer is broken while with a Student Nerd?
    The student fixing your computer is responsible for your computer. We just help connect you with the student who can help you.
  4. How much do your services cost?
    Student Nerds is affordable technical help. We were once the kid next door that was excellent with computers, and we want to share this opportunity with everyone. We have set a maximum price for each job which is below the competition's pricing as shown with our pricing chart. Our Student Nerds are able to charge whatever they want for a given job under our determined maximum.
